About Us
Roger West Ltd was founded in 1988. It was formed by merging two individual trading units covering Oil, Gas & LPG servicing and installation. This enabled us to offer these services under one roof.
To promote its’ professional image the company joined CORGI before it became a statutory requirement; this is indicated by our low registration number. CORGI is now known as the GAS SAFE REGISTER. The company also joined OFTEC in the new regulatory body early days. Being registered with these bodies means that we can self certificate our installation work, thereby notifying Building Control.
Our Gas Service/Installation engineers have the following Gas Core qualifications CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, DAH1, HTR1 AND WAT 1. They also have the coNGLP1 that means that they can work on LPG installations on Permanent Dwellings (note not caravans).
Our Oil Service/Installation engineers have the following qualifications OFT101, OFT102, OFT105E and OFT600A.
We are approved Service Agents for Grant Oil boilers and we are also a Worcester Accredited Installer.
We are also an approved contractor to Warm Front (Oil) and are one of the designated installers for the Warm Front (Over 60) rebate scheme.
Over the years we have formed close ties with associated companies to effect works that we are unable to do ourselves.
